Cooperativa Venture Office GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “COOPERATIVA“) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres to the statutory provisions and in particular also the regulations of data protection law.

2.                General Information

The following statement will provide you with an overview of what type of personal data are collected for what purpose and on what legal basis. Personal data are all data relating to you personally, e.g. name, address, email address, user conduct. In addition, we will inform you on your rights towards us as the controller.

 

3.                 Data Processing on this Website

As a result of the mere informational use of this website, COOPERATIVA will automatically collect and store information your browser transmits to us in the server log files. These data are technically necessary for us in order to show you this website and to guarantee stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

•          Browser type/version;

•          Operating system used;

•          Referrer URL (previously visited site);

•          Host name of the accessing computer (IP address);

•          Time of the server request; and

•          Name and URL of the accessed file as well as data volume transferred.

COOPERATIVA will not attribute these data to specific persons and there will not be any merger of these data with other data sources. Once the data have been used for the above-mentioned purposes, COOPERATIVA will delete the data.

 

4.                Newsletter

With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter on the COOPERATIVA website. Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR constitutes the legal basis for sending our newsletter.

We use the so-called double-opt-in procedure for the subscription to our newsletter. This means that once you have registered, we will send you an email to the email address indicated, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically erased after one month. Moreover, we will store the respective IP address you use and time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to verify your registration and resolve potential misuse of your personal data, if any. Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR constitutes the legal basis for this processing.

It is mandatory that you indicate a valid email address to receive the newsletter. Once you have provided your confirmation, we will store these data in order to send the newsletter. Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your personal data.

You may withdraw your consent to receiving the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe to the newsletter. You may declare the withdrawal by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter, by email addressed to datenschutz@cooperativa.vc or by sending a message to the contact details indicated in the imprint. If you withdraw your consent, we will erase the data stored for the purpose of sending the newsletter in accordance with data protection regulations.

Furthermore, cookies will be stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you use, and with which the provider of the cookie (i.e. in this case us) receives particular information. 7.                 Embedding of YouTube Videos

We have embedded YouTube videos on our website that are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and may be played directly from our website.

As a result of your visiting the website, YouTube will receive the information that you have visited the respective sub-page of our website. Moreover, the data stated in lit. 3 of this statement will be transferred. This is irrespective of whether YouTube provides a user account with which you are logged-in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly allocated to your account. If you do not wish to be allocated with your YouTube profile, you have to log-out before you activate the button.
